Sonya Smith - Yoga Teacher for the Aquarian Age
Kablooms was born from the understanding that adversity can be alchemized. I walk alongside people as they reconnect with their own strength, wisdom, and wholeness, holding steady, offering tools, and reflecting what already exists within them. I also believe that joy and humour are essential parts of resilience, and that when we allow ourselves to have fun along the way, growth becomes more embodied, sustainable, and deeply human.
My work centers on transformation, especially the kind that happens when we stop fighting our emotions and begin listening to them. I support people in learning how to transform anger into compassion, not by suppressing what they feel, but by strengthening their inner capacity to stay present with it. Through the science and technology of Kundalini Yoga, I’ve learned how to regulate and strengthen the nervous system so that reaction gives way to choice and overwhelm gives way to clarity.
Kundalini Yoga has been a powerful teacher in my own life. Through breath, movement, mantra, and awareness, it showed me how the nervous system can be trained to hold more sensation, more truth, and more compassion. This work is embodied and practical. It meets you in the middle of your life, not outside of it, and supports you in responding with steadiness rather than survival.
